3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

Our Service is intended for use by licensed fiduciaries, accounting professionals, and financial service providers operating in Belgium. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

6. Payment Terms

6.3 Late Payments

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by third-party services, including banking APIs or internet service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccountBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccountBridge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export, subject to technical feasibility and applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
